1. Check whether the power supply installation is normal and reliable.
2. When using, keep the water level in the oil pan higher than 1/2 of the oil pan depth.
3. As long as the thermostat rotates clockwise and the desired temperature scale is aligned with the position of the red dot, the yellow indicator light will illuminate, indicating that the electric heating tube is working and the water in the pot starts to heat up. When the oil temperature rises to the required temperature, the thermostat can be automatically cut off. The power supply was cut off, the yellow indicator light went out, and the power tube stopped working. When the oil temperature drops slightly, the thermostat can automatically turn on the power, the yellow indicator light is on, the electric heating tube works again, the water temperature rises, and the oil temperature can be kept constant within the set temperature range.
