When using ER collets you must snap the collet into the chucks nut first and then screw the nut/collet on to the holder together. Dropping the collet into the holder and screwing the nut on is improper and will ruin the tools.

1. We have Two warehouses located in CA, and NJ, and the item will be shipped from one of them, and only to eBay ADDRESS.
